As Executive Director of Operations, Trevor brings over 12 years of hands-on IT experience to the team, combining deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership. His career spans a wide range of roles, including cellphone technician, sole onsite IT support for a food manufacturing facility, system administrator, and SOC Manager for a managed service provider. This diverse background enables him to bridge the gap between technical execution and operational efficiency, driving forward innovative solutions and streamlined processes across the organization.
Benjamin Lowe

Ben has managed various companies' IT departments throughout his career. In his recent board member roles, he has witnessed a giant and ever-growing cost/benefit disconnect for regional IT provider services. Ben works daily to bring Reboot IT towards the best value in New England's IT and computer services market.
